Presentation Folders
Our custom presentation folders are built to impress — whether you need a quick short run or a large professional batch.
Short runs (under 100) feature glued-in white pockets with a 2–3 day turnaround, while full runs include precision-cut, full-color pockets and a premium finish in 7–10 days.
Printed in vibrant full color on sturdy cardstock, these folders are perfect for proposals, sales kits, events, or corporate presentations.
Important File & Order Requirements
To keep your order on schedule and exactly as you expect, please follow these guidelines:

Folder Type:

Short Run (under 100): 2–3 business days after artwork approval. Produced with glued-in pockets — perfect for small quantities and quick turnarounds.

Full Run (100+): 5-7 business days after artwork approval. Produced with a smoother, more professional finish.

Artwork Size:
Submit your file at 12.25″ x 18.25″ (includes 0.25″ bleed). The final folded size will be 9″ x 12″.
Keep all text and logos at least 0.25″ from the trim edge. Download a FREE template here. -
File Format:
Upload one combined, print-ready PDF file with the front and back panels clearly labeled.

Pocket & Card Slits:
All standard folders include two interior pockets with business card slits on both sides.
Default inner pocket color is white, with free unprinted pocket color options: Blue, Red, Green, Orange, Black, or Grey.

Finishing Options:
Choose from matte, gloss, or soft-touch finishes.
