Important File & Order Requirements
To keep your order on schedule and exactly as you expect, please follow these guidelines:

Perfect Bound Books: Must be 44–200 pages (page count must be divisible by 2). If your file has fewer than 44 pages, choose Saddle Stitch or Spiral Binding instead.

Page Count Accuracy: Your file’s page count must match what you select when ordering. If they don’t match, we’ll adjust your order or place it on hold until corrected.

File Format: Upload one combined, multi-page PDF in the correct page order — no separate files for each page. Please visit our Artwork Guidelines page for step-by-step instructions on how to prepare your files for print

Paper Choice: Select your paper type carefully.

Gloss Text: Shiny, crisp, great for photos & comics.

Matte/Silk Text: Low sheen, premium look for portfolios.

Artwork Approval: Production time starts only after you approve the final artwork proof. If changes are needed, your turnaround will adjust based on when you approve.
