Here’s how to get started:

1. Choose Your Garment – Select your preferred blank style and color.
2. Send Us Your Artwork – Vector files are best (PDF, AI, or EPS).
3. Receive a Quote – We’ll review your specs and send a formal quote.
4. Approve Your Mockup – We’ll send a digital mockup for review.
5. We Print and Ship – Once approved, production begins!

Screen Printing

Screen printing is our most popular and economical option for high-volume orders. It uses mesh screens and layers of ink to create crisp, vibrant designs that last through countless washes. This method is ideal for simple graphics with 1–4 colors and works best on cotton or cotton-blend fabrics.

• Best for: T-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, uniforms

• Minimums: 100 pieces

• Benefits: Durable, cost-effective, bold colors

• Limitations: Not ideal for small runs or complex gradients

If you’re printing team shirts, merch drops, or promotional giveaways, screen printing offers the best quality at scale.

DTF / DTG (Direct to Film / Direct to Garment)

These digital printing methods are perfect for full-color artwork, small batch runs, and faster turnaround needs.

• DTF (Direct to Film): We print your design onto a special film, then heat-transfer it to the garment. Works on a variety of fabric types, including polyester, blends, and cotton.

• DTG (Direct to Garment): Prints directly onto fabric using inkjet technology. Best for 100% cotton garments.

• Best for: Full-color designs, photo prints, short runs, quick deadlines

• Benefits: No screen setup fees, photo-realistic detail, flexible quantities

• Limitations: Slightly less durable than screen printing on high-wear items

DTF and DTG are ideal for artist merch, branded apparel with gradients, or one-off prints with lots of detail.

Embroidery

Embroidery offers a clean, professional look using colored thread to stitch your design directly into the fabric. It’s long-lasting and adds a tactile, textured finish that elevates any garment.

• Best for: Hats, beanies, polos, jackets, aprons

• Benefits: High-end appearance, incredibly durable, great for logos

• Limitations: Not ideal for fine details, gradients, or very large designs
